CAPABILITY HIGHLIGHTS

When working on a new client engagement, there are a lot of items in my proverbial "toolbox".  With my years of experience and diverse  experience, I like to think of my "toolbox" as being more like a full size tool cabinet.  The following is just a sampling of some of the items found within the tool cabinet... capabilities and functions that may be applicable for a solution developed for you.

Advanced Office Utilization

Access, Outlook, Word, Excel, Project, SharePoint, PowerPoint... individually they're very capable applications.  They're even more powerful when they aren't being asked to do what's not native for them (e.g., turning Excel into a database, Project into a presentation, etc.) and instead work together in a manner that allows for data to be shared from one application to the other so that each application can do what it does best.

Have data in an Access database but you need some of it in a Word-based document?  NO PROBLEM!  Let Access handle the manipulation of the Word document to handle it's creation based on content queried from the Access database.  Have images that need to be inserted as well, that's no problem either.

Do you need MS Project to handle the resource leveling and scheduling of tasks found in SharePoint?  NO PROBLEM!  Let Project do what it does best and return the resource-leveled and optimized schedule information back to the SharePoint tasks.

Do you have extensive amounts of data stored in Excel workbooks that needs to be turned into a plethora of PPT slides on a regular basis?  NO PROBLEM!  Let Excel drive the PPT slide creation complete with control options that enable you to define what the automation script should produce for you (e.g., filtered subsets of data, various data products, custom data visualization, different templates for different audiences, and much more).
